3. Where can I look to find gigs?
 
Ans. ImGiggin Gig Board lists some of the most sought after gigs in the industry that we have to offer. Both ImGiggin Admin and Elite members will be able to post gigs. Find the professional you need and when you need them to fill your vacancies, from musicians to lighting techs, staff, executives, etc. You find GIGS…GIGS find You. ImGiggin will search the market for the top jobs in the business of entertainment and pass that information on to you. Preserving the quality and caliber of our members will attract only the best gigs to our doorstep. This area is only available to Elite members.
 
 
4. How does ImGiggin help me to gain exposure?
 
Ans. By being an Elite Member, your exposure to your peers is a great networking tool. It is a great way to keep in touch with the movers and shakers on a high output level. The networks exclusivity puts you in the loop with the people that are making industry happen. ImGiggin will also feature Elite Members in personal interviews, spotlights, and showcases for other Elite Members to recognize. This assists professionals with visibility within the network and throughout the industry. It also aims to educate the up-and-comers as to what works and what doesn’t work in the industry. The goal is to preserve the good character of the industry, share our knowledge as seasoned professionals, and lead our new talent in the right direction whenever possible. 5. How do I post my Audition?
 
Ans. Simply click on the audition button on the home page. You will be taken through the sign up process step-by-step. First, you will answer a few basic background questions on the submission form – these include contact info, experience, field of expertise, etc. Next, upload your audition video. (Non- performers need not upload a video but feel free to upload a personal description video) Be sure it is less than 3 minutes long and has good lighting and sound quality. You will then receive a confirmation email stating that your submission was successful. This will allow you access to create and complete your profile page with resume, bio and pictures.
 
 
6. How am I chosen to become an Elite Member?
 
Ans. Once you’ve submitted your audition video, you then solicit support from 1,000 of your friends, fans and supporters to vote YES for your submission. Supporters can access your page and other auditioning member’s pages for free. An Elite members vote is worth 200 points. Once you’ve received 1,000 YES votes, the ImGiggin administrative staff will automatically receive an email letting us know that you’ve reached this goal. ImGiggin admin will contact you for the last and most important part of your audition. Whatever your field or expertise is, you will be interviewed, in person, by a top professional in that field. That professional will contact you to coordinate a face-to-face meeting. If you are a performer, you will have to be interviewed as well as seen in a live performance setting. Once you are interviewed, the professional will meet with the ImGiggin staff and we will discuss your audition, and again, review your online submission. If you pass all of the criteria required, you’re in!
It’s not easy to get into the Elite area of ImGiggin and it was purposely designed that way. Remember, once you’re in, you will be part of a very high end, elite and exclusive group of professionals, so the process to get there was made difficult to seek out the most talented, dedicated and ready individuals.
Administrative Submission
Post your resume’. You then solicit support from 500 of your friends, fans and supporters to vote YES for your submission. Supporters can access your page and other auditioning member’s pages for free. Once you’ve received 500 YES votes, the ImGiggin administrative staff will automatically receive an email letting us know that you’ve reached this goal. ImGiggin admin will contact you for the last and most important part of your audition. Whatever your field or expertise is, you will be interviewed, in person, by a top professional in that field. That professional will contact you to coordinate a face-to-face meeting. Once you are interviewed, the professional will meet with the ImGiggin staff and we will discuss your interview, and again, review your online submission. If you pass all of these criteria, you’re in!
 
 
7. What if I don’t make the interview or audition?
 
Ans. If you do not make the audition, you can audition again right away under your same log in information. Consider submitting a different audition video. Depending on the caliber of your interview or audition, the admin staff will determine how many supporters you will retain. When you reach the 1,000 level of support, you will then be required to go through the same interview process.
 
 
8. Where do I find 1,000 people to support me?
 
Ans. Marketing yourself is a large part of being successful in the entertainment industry. There are many creative ways to do this. Email blasts, post it on your personal website, announce it at your next gig, etc. Many individuals are members of social networks, like Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter. One recommendation is to send out announcements to your contacts there asking them to show their support for you on ImGiggin.com. It’s free to vote. You can also visit other auditioning members’ pages and ask for support.
 
 
9. How do I use the search engine?
 
Ans. We have two different search modes: one is for searching Elite Members, the other is for searching auditioning members. When searching for your Elite Member for a project or business, the ImGiggin search engine is designed to help you find exactly who you are looking for. You can search by name, key term, profession, skill type, instrument, specialty, expertise, state, city, region or availability. You can also search for Elite members and those auditioning by name, profession, expertise, sub instrument, location and video. Auditioners and Supporters cannot search for Elite members. They are only allowed to search for other Auditoners.
 
 
10. What is ImGiggin TV?
 
Ans. ImGiggin TV features interviews of our Elite Members as well as other movers and shakers in the entertainment industry. The goal is to provide our members with knowledge from industry leaders who have paved the way. We also want to introduce members to amazing professionals that are not necessarily in the spotlight, but play key roles throughout the industry. There is also a featured section titled “What Happens On The Road”. Here we follow professionals in their everyday lives to highlight their talents and educate members on their field of expertise. All members will get to see a real behind the scenes view of “What Happens On The Road” from Musical Director Onreé Gill while on tour with 11-time Grammy award winner Alicia Keys. In future web-isodes, ImGiggin will feature other artist out on the road.

This legacy, son of a musician, is destined to bless the world with his multi-talented abilities. He has taken the music industry by surprise and added to it a balance of R&B, Gospel, Jazz, and Hip Hop – His own visionary style.

A New Yorker – Prodigy in his own right – taught himself to play a variety of musical instruments such as: Drums, keyboard, and bass guitar, just to name a few. Onreé later went on to Mannes College of Music to further his studies and perfect his craft.

Like others before him, Onreé's beginnings can be traced back to the church. Where he says most of his inspiration is drawn from.

"To thine own self be true,” says Onreé "I always knew that I would end up in the music business." Onreé admitted that he was hooked the first time that he stepped into the studio with his father.

Ralph Rolle
As far back as he can remember, Ralph has always marched to the beat of a different drum. He began playing professionally at the age of 18. It is therefore no surprise that with more than 3 decades of professional experience within the entertainment industry Ralph enjoys an illustrious career as a much sought after drummer. Ralph’s client list includes artists such as: Sting, Elvis Costello, Vanessa Williams, Mary J. Blige, Biggie Smalls, Queen Latifah, Erakah Badu, D’Angelo, John Legend, India Arie, Joss Stone, Chic, and many more.

For the past 15 years, Ralph has been the drummer for NBC’ s ‘It’s Showtime At The Apollo’ which aired weekly. In 1999 Ralph founded Phat Kat Productions, Inc., a music production company. Phat Kat Productions has produced, and arranged both orchestral and vocal musical segments for commercials such as Nike, Burger King, Miller Genuine Draft, and Dark & Lovely. Ralph has worked on many projects writing, re-mixing and editing recording projects for R & B, Rap, Gospel and Pop artists including Toshinobu Kubota, HiFive, Najee, Glenn Jones, Jonathan Butler, Al Green and the list goes on.

13. How can I promote myself even further once I’m signed up?
 
Ans. You can promote yourself on the dashboards of thousands of Elite members as well as Auditioners. This will allow you to be seen by more people on the site and may help you to gain more votes. An Auditioner or a Supporter vote is worth one point where and Elite members vote is worth 200 points. The fee for promoting yourself is $25 for one week and $75 for a month.
