The Team
Ralph Rolle, Founder and CEO

Ralph Rolle conceived the idea of ImGiggin as a result of his own experiences as a master percussionist. With over four decades of professional experience in the music industry (the last 16 years he has been playing for CHIC and Nile Rodgers), Ralph saw that there was an absence of a private and exclusive networking portal for entertainment industry professionals as well as amateurs who are trying to seriously get noticed. He has a profound understanding of the market, with a particular background in A&R, artist management, performance, motivational speaking, and teaching. His client list includes artists such as Dua Lipa, Biggie Smalls, Usher, Queen Latifah, Erykah Badu, Toshinobu Kubota, D'Angelo, John Legend, India Arie, Lillias White, and many more. Ralph is also the personal drum teacher to L.A. Reid, and for 14 seasons, he was the drummer for NBC's "It’s Showtime at The Apollo" with Ray Chew & The Crew. He has been seen and heard performing on many television shows and soundtracks, such as The David Letterman Show and the original motion picture soundtrack to On the Ropes (Academy Award Nominated).
Ralph also founded Phat Kat Productions, Inc., a music production company. Phat Kat Productions has produced and arranged both orchestral and vocal musical segments for commercials such as Nike, Burger King, Miller Genuine Draft, and Dark & Lovely.
